Project Brief : The Museum of the Word aims to be a collection, display and activity centre for all matters relating to language andthe uses of language (oral traditions, manuscripts, print, electronic texts), particularly in India, in the heritageBelvedere Palace of the National Library, Kolkata. Broad objectives of the proposed work are the Conceptualization,Planning, Content Development, Designing and Curatorial work with emphasis on building storyline with appropriatenarrative and interpretation supplemented with artefacts and interactivity.
