Project Brief : The project involves the conservation of the remains of the burnt Brick Buddhist Monastery on top of the Lal Pahari in Lakhisarai. A site shelter for the excavated archaeological site has also been proposed, which would be one of the first of its kind in India. Along with the conservation of the site, facilities for visitors’, interpretation, viewpoints, children’s park, parking, helipad have been proposed.
