Project Scope: Preparation of a statement of cultural significance, physical inspection, adaptive reuse of the various components of the complex, strategies and methodologies for restoration and conservation of various components, preparation of a Conservation Action Plan, a schedule for prioritisation, work specifications, bill of quantities, tender documents, recommendations for landscape conservation, urban conservation, art conservation an engaging conservation staff.

Project Brief: The scope of work covers seven stages, inception report, vision plan/master plan final master plan, conservation strategies inclusive of detailed drawings, final statement of conservation strategies, preparation of bid documents and finally the execution stage of the project.
