Project Brief:
The project involves the comprehensive conservation of BITM’s Grade-I heritage museum building. It includes detailed assessment of structural and material conditions, preparation of restoration drawings, including the building structure and the building services and project management during execution. The consultancy ensures that the architectural integrity and heritage value are preserved while upgrading services and structural systems in compliance with relevant standards. Deliverables include measured drawings, condition survey reports, DPR, detailed specifications and BOQs, as-built drawings, NOCs, completion certificates, and a Maintenance Manual for long-term upkeep.
